The cabin deck bow to stern has the officers and crew quarters, the main galley, the engine room and 8 guest staterooms which are named after Onassis favorite Greek islands.

The Galley

The main galley and pantry is down, to starboard, covering an area of 600 square feet. Is outfitted with marble countertops, superior stainless steel sinks and state of the art kitchen equipment and paraphernalia for preparation of her famous five star meals. Ari Onassis well known for his "sweet tooth" was a frequent visitor to the galley for a late snack.

The Staterooms boast state of the art technology, including TV, CD and DVD players with surround sound, seating area with antique prints, a leather inlaid secretaire.
